I have to admit, I have never been a chick who is drawn to a man who tries so hard to get attention. His touchdown antics can be fun to watch but they’re not anything I tune in to see. I had a chance to see OchoCinco in Orlando last Saturday at ESPN the Weekend. It was cold and pouring rain but I was pretty impressed with how held his own against Skip Bayless when a fan asked them to debate the extremes of athlete celebrations.
Now I understand in the new media, web 2.0, everybody-wants-to-be-star age that we live in, going ‘viral’ is a great way to get attention and build a brand. I even get the shiny costumes and dancing shoes. Andy don’t get me wrong, the Chief Chick is always up for seeing a fabulous physique but I’m really trying to understand what in the world drove OchoCinco to create this video??
I have much respect for him as an athlete but he loses me off the field sometimes.
What do you think of OchoCinco’s antics? Have you seen enough of him now?
