Seriously, ever wonder why? I mean why do we continue to strive to be fit, to be well to be at peace. For me, it’s not that I fear death, but I do fear being sick and being in pain. Start this day…do one postive thing to move yourself to wellness.

I think we all strive to be fit for different reasons. Some do it to look good (or should I say most), some do it to stay healthy and some do it for both of those reasons. However, as we get older, I think it's exactly what you stated above, we don't want to be sick and in pain. I stay fit for all of those reasons. If I am blessed enough to live a long life, I want it to be enjoyable.














I agree, if we make time for working out now, we won't have to give time for sickness later.
