One of the biggest, if not the biggest rivalries in the NBA will be showcased this weekend as the Boston Celtics collide with the Los Angeles Lakers. Not only will this game be exciting because of the rivalry and fierce competition these two teams display, but the Los Angeles Lakers have something to prove. Laker legend Jerry West made some comments about the Lakers looking “long in the tooth” earlier this week. Plus, they are not positioned in their usual #1 or even #2 slot in the rankings right now. The Celtics currently have a 34-10 record and the Lakers are right behind them with 33-13. The Lakers will be hungry for this win.
