Yikes, what was he thinking?? Is the hype and pressure starting to get to Michael Phelps or is it because of his late training start? We know he skipped the opening ceremony to prepare for today’s swim. Some have thoughts on why he narrowly qualified for the 400 IM (Individual Medley) but I really want to see him get the record for most decorated Olympic athlete. Swim your own race Michael. We’re all cheering for you. Don’t get me wrong, I want to see Ryan Lochte medal too but Phelps is just oh so close to that milestone!
