I saw a PETA video on youtube several years ago and I’ve had trouble eating eggs and drinking cow’s milk ever since. I used to LOVE milk. I drank a lot of it growing up because…well…they told me to in the commercials. (Not such a smart reason!)
I haven’t cut it totally out of my diet because I know it’s in baked goods I consume and it’s typically the only option when traveling but I do prefer almond milk. My favorite is Blue Diamond: Almond Breeze Vanilla flavor. It tastes better, provides the more vitamins and is HORMONE-FREE! It’s not made from cow’s milk at all so it’s safe for those who are lactose intolerant.
